Terms of Use

Last updated:

Effective 25 October 2026.

These rules cover your use of gta6ps6.com. They are short and written as answers to the questions readers actually ask. Using the site means you agree to them.

Whose site is this?

gta6ps6.com belongs to Media Digital Business L.L.C.-FZ, a company registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can write to us at [email protected]. Sony, Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive do not own, run or approve the site.

Can I rely on what I read about the PS6?

Only as far as its label goes. Anything tagged confirmed comes from an official statement we link to. Anything tagged as a leak or rumour is exactly that, since Sony has not announced a PS6. Before you spend money based on a date or price, check it with Sony, Rockstar or the store. Our decision guides are opinion, not financial or purchasing advice.

Do I need an account or pay anything?

No. Reading the site is free and there is nothing to sign up for. The countdown, the claim tracker and the "PS5, PS5 Pro or wait" picker work without registration, and the picker keeps your answer only in your own browser. We can change or retire these features whenever we need to.

Why are there ads?

Ads pay for the site. Google AdSense picks and serves them, so they are not endorsements and we do not control which products appear. Whether ad cookies are used depends on what you choose in the consent bar; the privacy policy has the details.

May I quote or reuse your articles?

Short quotes with a link to the source page are welcome. Republishing full articles, translating them for another site or harvesting the site with bots requires our written permission. GTA 6 images and all third-party brand names stay with their owners, as set out in the disclaimer.

We link out so you can verify our sources. Those websites are run by others, and we answer neither for what they publish nor for how they treat your data.

What am I not allowed to do?

Attacking the site, probing it for weaknesses, flooding it with automated traffic or using it to break the law.

Who is liable if something goes wrong?

We take care over accuracy and uptime but promise neither. Where the law permits, the publisher is not responsible for any loss that results from using the site or acting on its contents, for instance buying a console or deciding to wait. Liability that the law does not allow us to exclude remains unaffected.

Which law applies?

The law of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal law of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai competent for disputes. If you are a consumer, any mandatory protections of the country where you live still apply.

Can these terms change?

Yes, when the site or the law changes. The effective date above tells you which version you are reading, and continuing to use the site after an update counts as accepting it. Questions go to the address above or through the contact page.
